Our Wednesday evening Gymnastics session at Hazel Grove Sports Centre, running from 7 to 8 pm, offers booking options on a Pay-as-You-Go basis or a monthly subscription.
This class caters to individuals with prior gymnastics experience, capable of rolls and cartwheels.
The session follows our usual ethos, being a fun & no pressure environment for them to learn, improve skills & fitness as well as socialise.
For those that would like pushing and working towards particular skills we can certainly assist also!!

The aim of the ACE Coaching being to improve the quality, perception and participation of Gymnastics, Trampolining and Fitness for all ages, backgrounds and cultural beliefs. Striving to increase opportunities for competitive and also non-competitive Sports at Primary & Secondary School level throughout the Stockport area. Aspiring to implement fitness habits from a young age through fresh and non-traditional means.
