The Course format has Trampolining as the main focus, with Gymnastics stations out to work on in between with coaches on hand to assist in technique. For 5 years+ Full & Half Days available

The aim of the ACE Coaching being to improve the quality, perception and participation of Gymnastics, Trampolining and Fitness for all ages, backgrounds and cultural beliefs. Striving to increase opportunities for competitive and also non-competitive Sports at Primary & Secondary School level throughout the Stockport area. Aspiring to implement fitness habits from a young age through fresh and non-traditional means.
