Freestyle Gymnastics

Freestyle Gymnastics is the modern gymnastics-based approach to the hugely popular worlds of Parkour, Free Running and Tricking — where participants learn flips, vaults, jumps and freestyle movement skills in a safe, structured environment.

Inspired by the movement styles often seen outdoors and across social media, sessions include wall work, vaulting, somersaults, landing techniques and combinations, using specialist equipment and progressive coaching methods.

Classes are fast paced, challenging and fun, helping improve strength, coordination, confidence and creativity. Sessions are open to both boys & girls.

We aim to run the classes on Sunday each month.
